Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns

 Regardless of the aforementioned in this pages and, as long as there is not apparent detriment to the client, Chilly Racing reserves the right to change the means of transportation and the service provider.
 It is our commitment to send the selected product the same day, provided the order has been concluded before 10:00 am, we have the product in stock and the form of payment has been accepted and confirmed by both parties. Otherwise, the customer will be informed accordingly, about the estimated delay time and / or any alternatives to that product, if any, or we would allow the possibility of cancellation without prejudice to the customer’s interests. The products availability shown it’s only by way of reference.

The customer may require for the goods transported a full coverage insurance (NACEX) which is 1.25% of the declared value, and covers the whole value of the product’s amount (optional). This amount is to be paid by the customer to Chilly Racing, all together with the payment of the delivery charges. Chilly Racing is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier, unless the optional full coverage insurance has been hired. Upon receiving the product, the customer must verify it and, if necessary report any damage both to the carrier and Chilly Racing.

The shipping cost contained in this website are just a reference and will be confirmed when ordering.

 

Peninsular Spain

 The courier companies we use for the home-delivery service spend 24-48h for consignments within the Peninsula, and 72h in the case of shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands. The count shall be kept from the collection of the order in our store on.

 In bank transfer paid orders, the material will not be deliver until the total amount is in Chilly Racing’s bank account.

Chilly Racing is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier, unless the optional full coverage insurance has been hired. Upon receiving the product, the customer must verify it and, if necessary report any damage both to the carrier and Chilly Racing.

In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the output VAT (16% in most products) will not be applied. Nevertheless, customs will apply the corresponding tax, to be borne by the customer. Chilly Racing can not determine the amount of taxes because, it depends entirely on the local customs authorities. In the Canary Islands for example, depends on the "IGIC" and  the customs bureau of the Canary Islands. As a reference, for Import Duties and Customs administrative paperwork, between €15 to €30 are typically charged, plus the percentage corresponding to the IGIC. (We are not responsible for any unannounced customs variation).

 

 

Portugal:

 The product will be dispatched by Nacex . Delivery times ranges between 48 and 72 h, depending on destination.

Madeira and Azores Islands do not have the same rate as the rest of Portugal. Transport costs the customer pays are based on weight and size of the order.

 

International shipping  .

For shipments within Europe and the rest of the world, please consult the fees.

Chilly Racing will attempt to use the more convenient freights for each customer, considering the destination and the type of order involved. 

 

Exchanges


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7 / 1996, 15th January  of the Retail Trade, as amended by Law 47/2002 of 19th December).

Please, just send us the product in perfect condition within its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. It is very important that you return the products for exchange or refund perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we shall not accept the return.

Once the product is in our store and all the conditions above are checked to satisfaction, Chilly Racing will return another product as agreed or refund it, according to the buyer’s will.

 

Returns
 

Any package you want to return, must be sent via a shipping company. Costs to be paid by the customer.
We advise you to protect your (s) article (s), as you will be liable for any damages suffered during the trip.
If the return is made within the period covered Chilly Racing, please indicate clearly what is the reason. Shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

Warranty


All our products are guaranteed.
It is essential to keep the original invoice of purchase.

Advisory warning: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from any cause external to the product (eg, accident, crash ...), from an incorrect use or installation (whatever that don`t follow the manufacturer's instructions), or fom any use affecting the conservation of the article.

 

Purchase cancellation

The user may cancel the purchase process as long this has not been fully processed and has not left our warehouse. In order to ensure the cancellation, it is advisable to telephone us (91 868 89 35).
If the order has been sent before your call, shall be regarded as a return.
